Georgia Tax-Free Day This Weekend




Georgia Tax-Free Day 2014

Today and tomorrow are tax day here in GA (August 1-2, 2014). The items covered included clothes, shoes, electronics, school supplies, and small furniture. Basically all the back to school stuff.

It seems that I’ve been getting notices from all the major retailers. Walmart, Kohl’s, Target, Macy’s, Nordstom, Old Navy, JC Penny, Sears, and more.

You can get deals everywhere. Do you think they made it coincide with payday? I’d say an emphatic YES!

Smart move State of Georgia.
